The Mysterious Draconian

This unknown entity appeared to the party after their first visit to the Kanalar Monolith.

Physical Description

Male draconian, approximately 6'7", of broad build. Red, scaled skin, no hair, gold eyes with cat-like pupils. Bony crests protrude from brow. Large, bat-like wings. Clawed feet, usually goes unshod. Clawed hands. Seen wearing black cloak with red insignia of the Drakkar clan.

Pertinent Information

Likely affiliated with Drakkar clan. Possibly at fault for the Tusk Terror assault on Koukora. Probable murderer of at least one lizardfolk ranger also of Drakkar clan. It has been suggested that this creature has some connection with Caylix, most likely a hostile one.
